Length: mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil and measure from the wall to the mark.
Width: measure the widest part of your foot, across the base of your toes.
Girth: wrap a tape measure around your foot at that same point, without pulling tight.
Repeat with both feet and choose the size for the larger one. If you are between sizes, go up.
